PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

SHIPPING

Shipment takes approximately 3 to 7 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, weather or other causes.

Usually, it takes about 4 days. We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy

Please submit a ticket within 2 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
